While we vet all artisans for quality and ethical standards, the final contract of sale for wholesale goods is between the Retailer and the Artisan/Collective. Travel is Fashion is not liable for manufacturing defects, shipping delays, or contractual disputes between the primary parties.

By accessing the Travel is Fashion platform, you agree to operate within the framework of our Mode Scout Philosophy, which prioritizes artisan equity and radical transparency. For our retail partners, all procurement is subject to a mandatory 50% upfront deposit to the artisan and a 15% sourcing commission to the platform, with the understanding that Travel is Fashion acts strictly as a strategic intermediary and is not liable for manufacturing variances inherent to handcrafted goods. We reserve the right to manage First-Look Rights and exclusivity periods for our retainer-based clients to maintain market integrity. Furthermore, users acknowledge that all "Digital Provenance Receipts" and price breakdowns are protected intellectual property, and any reproduction of artisanal designs discovered through this platform without express written consent is strictly prohibited.
